When an order needs identity verification, KWA uses Token of Trust. Your data, your privacy and your trust matter to us. Here's how it works and how your information is protected.
Token of Trust walks you through it step by step, on desktop or mobile. It collects:
As it appears on your ID.
A government-issued photo ID.
To match you to your ID.
A current proof of address. Then it's submitted for review.
Token of Trust is an online platform that helps organizations and consumers make safer decisions by managing identities and reputations. Businesses use it to screen sensitive transactions for safety and to meet compliance requirements, while you stay in control of your verified identity and can reuse it.
Yes. Data you give Token of Trust is uniquely encrypted and stored in the cloud using storage standards that exceed those used by the banking industry. Token of Trust tells you who will have access before you submit anything.
Token of Trust and KWA Airsoft can both see your documents during the review. Token of Trust complies with strict international privacy laws, including GDPR and CCPA. It only shares information with parties that have a legal basis, and never shares your personal information without your express permission.
Your document data is stored on the Token of Trust platform for 1 year, then deleted automatically. Anonymized historical logs are kept for 7 years.
Write to Token of Trust at [email protected]. Their independent Data Privacy Officer, Process Bolt, can be reached at [email protected], or directly at [email protected] or [email protected] if you feel your concern isn't being handled properly.
Token of Trust treats privacy as a fundamental right. It protects your data, never sells it, and gives you ways to control how it's used.
