When do my points show up?
Points are added once your order is processed. Sign-up points are added when you create your account.
How do I use my points?
Log in and go to My Points in your account. Once you have at least 50 points, convert them to store credit and apply it at checkout.
What earns points?
Product purchases on orders of $50 or more, after any discounts and before tax and shipping. Plus your sign-up and first-order bonuses.
Do points expire?
Points stay active as long as your account is active. They expire after 12 months with no earning or redeeming activity.
Can I earn as a guest?
Points are tied to your KWA account, so create one (or log in) before you check out to make sure every order counts.
Who’s eligible?
KWA Rewards is for retail customers shopping at store.kwausa.com. Dealer, wholesale and trade accounts aren’t eligible.
