KWA USA 45 DAYS WARRANTY

KWA USA is committed to serve our customers with the finest quality products and the highest level of service and customer satisfaction. Because of this, we are offering a 45-days warranty on all KWA products we import and distribute.

FEDERAL REGULATIONS PROHIBITS THE REMOVAL OF ORANGE SAFTEY MARKING FROM ALL AIRSOFT GUNS. REMOVAL OF ORANGE SAFETY MARKING WILL VOID ALL WARRANTY!

WHAT IS COVERED?
Except as specified below, this Warranty covers all defects in material and workmanship in KWA products occurring during the above warranty periods. The following are not covered by the Warranty: (1) Any product which is not imported and distributed in the U.S.A. by KWA USA. (2) Any products which is not purchased in the U.S.A. from an KWA AUTHORIZED RESELLER.(Note: KWA AUTHORIZED RESELLER can be identified by KWA AUTHORIZED RESELLER sticker displayed in the sotres. If you are uncertain as to whether a dealer is a KWA AUTHORIZED RESELLER, please contact KWA USA as listed below). (3) Damaged deterioration or malfunction resulting from: a) Accident, act of nature, abuse, misuse, neglect, unauthorized product repair, opening of or modification or failure to follow instructions supplied with the product. b) Repair of attempted repair by anyone not authorized by KWA USA. (4) Use of the product outside the U.S.A. (5) Damaged batteries or improper use of bullets (BBs), or non approved propellants. (6) Use in industrial, commercial, and/or professional applications.

WHAT WE WILL PAY FOR
If during the applicable warranty period from the date of original consumer purchase your KWA product is found to be defective by KWA USA, KWA USA will repair, or at its option, replace with new, used, or equivalent model, such defect product without charge for parts or labor.

HOW TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE
If your product ever needs service, it may be taken or shipped to KWA USA. The following procedures apply whenever your unit must be transported for warranty service;

a. You must call us to obtain an RMA number. THE RMA NUMBER MUST BE CLEARLY MARKED ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE. PACKAGES WIHTOUT RMA NUMBER CLEARLY MARKED WILL BE REFUSED AND RETURNED TO SENDER.

b. You are responsible for tranporting your unit or arrranging for its transportation.

c. If shipment of your unit is required; You must pay the initial shipping charges, but we will pay the return shipping charges if the repairs are covered by the warranty.

d. WHEN RETURNING YOUR UNIT FOR WARRANTY SERVICE, A COPY OF THE ORIGINAL SALES SLIP MUST BE ATTACHED.

e. You must include the following: RMA number, your name, address, daytime telephone number, model and serial number (if applicable) of the product and a description of the problem.

THIS WARRANTY IS VALID IN THE U.S.A. ONLY.

If your product does not require service, but you have questions regarding its operation , please contact our Technical Services Department as listed below.

THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY MADE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INLCUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARICULAR PURPOSE.

OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT, AT OUR OPTION, OF ANY DEFFECTIVE PRODUCT AND SHALL IN NO EVENT INCLUDE INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL COMMERCIAL OR PROPERTY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PRODUCTS LOST, STOLEN AND/OR DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING.

SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS AND/OR DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITAIONS AND EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

This Warranty give you specific legal rights, but you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. This Warranty may not be altered other than in a writing signed by an officer of KWA USA. �

NON-KWA BRANDED/THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS

Non-KWA-branded, third-party products are, to the greatest extent permitted by law, sold "AS IS" by the KWA USA Pro Shop, but may be accompanied by their manufacturers' standard warranties. KWA USA sells "AS IS" products as is, where is, and with all faults, and without express or implied warranties from KWA USA.

If you discover what you believe is a product defect for any third-party product, please contact the manufacturer of such third-party product directly for information regarding the manufacturer's warranty. Please note that products sold through the KWA USA Pro Shop that do not bear the KWA brand name are serviced and supported exclusively by their manufacturers in accordance with the terms and conditions packaged with the products. KWA USA's 45 Days Warranty does not apply to products that are not KWA-branded, even if packaged or sold with KWA products.
