(1) What are KWA Certified Refurbished Products?

KWA Certified Refurbished Products are pre-owned KWA products that have been returned from dealers during 45 days warranty period. Each KWA Certified Refurbished Product is fully tested and refurbished with genuine factory replacement parts for any defective parts identified during testing. They are placed into a Final QA inspection prior to being added to sell-able refurbished stock.

(2) What should I expect when I purchase an KWA Certified Refurbished Product?

(3) Can I buy replacement parts or send Refurbished product back to KWA Service Center for out of warranty repaired?

Some Refurbished products are discontinued. Therefore replacement parts are subject to limited quantities and availability. Please contact our Customer Service center (626) 581-1777 and request for RMA. If the parts are available, we can repair them.
